Garment Care

Hand Washing Your Bras (Recommended)

You can preserve the life of your hand-washables by following a few simple steps.

  • Fill your sink with lukewarm water and add an alcohol-free hand washing detergent which is harsher and can deteriorate elastic

  • Soak lingerie for up to an hour

  •  Gently rub the fabric together to remove dirt

  • Rinse in cool water (until the water runs clear)

  • Lay garment flat on a towel

  • Lay another towel over top and press to remove extra water

  • Always hang to dry

Machine Washing Your Bras

It using a washing machine, a mesh, or lingerie bag is best to separate bras and keep them looking fresh.

  • Hook the backs of your bras

  • Put similar color items in a lingerie bag

  • Wash on a delicate cycle in cool water with gentle detergent

  • When you take your molded cup bras out of the wash, reshape the cups with your hands. Don't wring out or stretch your bras

  • Always hang to dry. Never put bras in the dryer because the heat will break down the spandex and you will lose elasticity

Shipping costs and Methods

We currently deliver all orders for Malaysia both WM & EM via Poslaju, GDEX & PING-U for WM express delivery is using via Lalamove. Shipping costs for all packages are based on destination and the weight of the package which will be auto-calculated upon checkout when ordering.

West Malaysia & East Malaysia can enjoy Free Shipping for orders above RM200.

Please ensure the address you have provided is correct. Parcels and non-deliverable will be sent back to Bmama Maternity. In such instances, you will be charged the ‘return way’ mailing costs (as charged by the courier company), in addition to the original shipping charge that was paid to us to send the order.

Delivery Schedule

Processing time: We need 2-3 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day.

Deliveries from the day of mail-out: For Malaysia are within 2-3 working days whereas international countries are within 3-5 working days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Customs and Import Duties

You may subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from 9monthsmaternity.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We may charge you a redelivery fee if the parcel is returned to us uncollected.

Do you accept Returns & Exchange Items?

We provides returns & exchange for all items, except Sale items (eg: special codes discount), accessories, and specifically stated non-returnable items. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

  • All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (same packaging, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
  • Not applicable for Sale items, accessories, and specifically stated non-returnable items.
  • Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
  • All items must be shipped back to Bmama Maternity within 14 working days upon item received.
  • Returns can only made one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us. 
  • We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
  • We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed. 
  • Refund would only be done as store credit coupon, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
  • You will be issued a store credit coupon equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 90 days. Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.
  • Store credit coupon can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
  • Store credit coupon cannot use to pay shipping fees, only can use store credit coupon to buy items.
  • All return/exchange request will be processed within 14 working days upon receipt of returned items.

What should I do if I received defected / incorrect item?

We apologize if you have received a defected/incorrect item from us. 

Customer must make any claims of defects with attachment clear pictures to show, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, and must be shipped back to Bmama Maternity within 14 working days upon item received. Proof of defect must be verified by Bmama Maternity Return to be eligible. We cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. It is the responsibility of customer to inspect upon receipt that all products delivered matches its order.

We will do an exchange for the exact same item. Only in the event that the item is Out Of Stock , customer may opt to exchange for another item of the same or higher value (Top-up is required) or a refund. 

All merchandises must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact). A written authorization from the Bmama Maternity must be obtained by the Customer for any returned products. All returns must be made within 14 days upon item received.

I found a defect / wrong size on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.

I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition). 
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash.

The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?
Yes. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) for the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned.
