14 Days Size Exchange (Selected Items Only)

We provide a 14-days size exchange for the following items:

Size exchange must be requested within 14 working days from the date of receiving the parcel and is subject to stock availability.
Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original packaging and tags intact).

Return & Exchange

  • We accept return and exchange for regular-priced items only.
  • Sale items (including special discount code purchases), accessories, panties, and specifically stated non-returnable items are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns can only be made once per order number. Orders placed using return store credit are not eligible for further returns.

*Please ensure that all selected sizes and colors are correct before checkout. We do not accept return or exchange due to incorrect item, size or color selected by the customer.*

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are strictly provided in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds are allowed.
  • Store credit will be issued equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s) (excluding delivery fees).
  • Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
  • Store credit can only be used once, cannot be combined with other promotions, and cannot be used to pay for shipping fees.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions. Non-compliant returns will be declined and forfeited.

Terms & Conditions

  • Item(s) must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Sale items may have slight defects, color or measurement discrepancies and are strictly not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Panties are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items must be shipped back within 14 working days from the date received.
  • Buyers are responsible for the parcel until it reaches Bmama Maternity. We strongly recommend using a courier service with tracking.
  • All return & exchange shipping costs are borne by the buyer (West Malaysia RM7.50 / East Malaysia RM15).
  • A Return Notice / Return Form must be submitted via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp before sending the parcel back. RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • All return/exchange requests will be processed within 14 working days upon receiving the returned items.
