How do I place an order?
How do I place an order?
To order your purchase! Follow these steps:
1. Log in to bmama.com.my. If you are a new customer, sign up as a member first..
2. Shop by browsing through any of our products and view more details on each product page.
3. Add your chosen size and color to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button.
4. Review the items you have selected by clicking on the ‘View cart’. You can change the items or remove items from your cart. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
5. To finalize your purchases, you’ll need to confirm your shipping address and billing address.
6. Based on your shipping address, a shipping fee will be calculated and displayed on the total.
7. Next you’ll need to choose your payment method.
Can you reserve the stock for me? I would like to order first and pay it later.
Sorry, we are unable to reserve unpaid orders. Only orders that are paid successfully can be reserved.
How do I know if my order is successful?
After you have successfully made the payment, you will receive an email to notify you that your order is confirmed!
If you placed the order through your account, you can locate it on Order History under My Account. Please contact us at email@example.com or on live chat for further assistance.
Can I amend my order?
Yes, you can amend your order within 30 minutes after you completed your order. However, you are unable to amend your order if items is shipped out.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed successfully, you will not be able to cancel it. Depending on the status of your order, you may contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to see what can be done.
There’s an item missing from my order, what should I do?
Please check the confirmation email that has been sent earlier. If there is any missing item(s), contact us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us (010-226 7138).
All orders will be fulfilled based on available stock. If a particular product in your order does not meet our quality checks or is out of stock, your order will be processed with the remaining item(s).
I accidentally ordered a wrong item, can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you are unable to modify your order. Depending on the status of your order, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp us for assistance.
Can I change the shipping address after I made the order?
Depending on the status of your order, please contact our customer service email@example.com or WhatsApp us to amend your shipping details. If your order has been shipped, it will be impossible to make any amendments to the address.
Can I order through WhatsApp or Instagram?
Yes, you can order through WhatsApp (010-226 7138) or DM (bmama_maternity) us.
I received an email / WhatsApp informing me one of the items I ordered is out of stock. What can I do?
All the items in the website are ready-stock. However, due to human errors, mistakes may still happen once in awhile. If that happens, our customer service will contact you for exchange sizes or colors with other available items in-store.
How much is the shipping fee?
We ship all orders via Standard Shipping. You can enjoy free shipping for orders over RM200 within Malaysia (including Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan). For orders under RM200, there's a flat rate delivery charge. Please refer to our delivery charges and estimated delivery time below:
West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia) : RM7.50
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) : RM15
Singapore : RM45
How long can I receive my parcel?
Orders will be processed within 1- 4 working days. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel.
Parcels will usually arrive in 2-3 business days (West Malaysia), 3-5 business days(East Malaysia), and 5-10 working days for other regions (barring any unforeseen circumstances).
How do I track my parcel?
Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email/phone number, or you may also check it in My Account
Can I order online and pick up from physical stores?
Yes, you can pickup available at our HQ Showroom, usually ready in 2 hours after purchases.
Return & Exchanges
Can I return/exchange sale items?
Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Can I return/exchange an item if I'm satiesfied with?
Yes, you can exchange within (14) days of receipt.
Can I exchange the size if it doesn't fit?
Yes, you can exchangge the size you want within 14 days after purchased. However, all Item(s) must be returned in original condition (same packaging, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact).
However, all items must be shipped back to Bmama Maternity within 14 working days upon item received.
How can I return an item to you?
After confirming that your item is returnable, you may proceed to ship your item together with the Return Form to the address below:

All return & exchange shipping fees must be borne by the buyer.
Can I refund/exchange my online purchased item at physical stores?
Yes, you may drop off your return/exchange items to our physical stores.
However, kindly provide us your ORDER ID for comfirmation.
