- Hand washing is recommended. Avoid bleach and don't soak your leggings for an extended period of time. You can also check the care instructions on the packaging.

3. How do you dry it?
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight during the drying process. Make sure that you use low heat when ironing. Avoid ironing the rubber part of the leggings.

4. Does the material make you feel hot?
- Nope, it won't make you feel hot but it provide cooling sensation.
